In 2013, I was contracted by CBX Technologies (Oakland, CA), to provide IT support to small and mid sized businesses and institutions.
In 2015, Kingman Technology Group (KTG LLC) was formed and the Diocese of Monterey contracted my newly formed company to continue development and support.
In 2018 the Diocese of Monterey hired me as a full time employee. During this time, Notre Dame High School (Salinas, CA) has been and remains my main focus.

Microdata Group is an IT outsourcing company that provides support for companies positioned from Boston to the North Shore. My responsibilities were to provide:

- Microsoft server virtualization.
- Exchange 2007 implementation and administration.
- Microsoft CRM administration and workflow design.
- Development and administration of help desk ticketing system in Microsoft CRM 4.0. Through workflow management, the system and application alerts in Kaseya Managed Services Edition automatically bridge CRM and generate and manage help desk tickets.
- Report design and delivery of ticketing system through CRM/Crystal.
- Customization and maintenance of client’s hosted vertical applications.

On October 14, 2002, LEGATO Systems, Inc, a backup/retrieval software company, acquired OTG Software, Inc. (OTG) a content and storage management company.
My core responsibilities were to provide:
- Development, administration and maintenance of LEGATO’s implementation of Softrax, a Microsoft SQL based operations and finance software, which held the LEGATO’s Install Base (IB) and license and maintenance status.
- Development of automated software maintenance renewal and upgrade notifications.
- 24×7 access (US, Asia Pacific and Europe) to applications.
- Development and maintenance bridge between Softrax to ONYX, implementing database changes and developing triggers, functions and stored procedures.
- Development and maintenance of extranet License Activation App (LAA). The LAA was written in C while the UI was ASP/ADO pages verifying product IB, returning the appropriate activation key.
- Development and maintenance Crystal 8.x reports for Sales, Order Processing and Accounting.
In 2004, I also became responsible for the following system integration and data conversion tasks:
- Softrax to Oracle ERP, the former OTG systems piece of the conversion.
- Conversion of OTG’s network to conform and securely connect to LEGATO’s network.
- LAA – Web interface was modified to verify the customer IB in Oracle ERP rather than Softrax, retaining previous capability and process.
On April 23, 2001, OTG acquired Smart Storage Inc., a company that developed duplication archiving software for large optical solutions.
My responsibilities were to provide:
- Conversion and migration of OTG’s Solomon accounting and ONYX OP and CRM software to Softrax. This task included a change in business model.
- Development of the bridge between Softrax and ONYX.
- Conversion and integration of Frontstep IB with ONYX, technical support issues and SFA.
- Migration of Domino mail services to Exchange 5.5 and subsequently 2000.
- Migration of Domino application databases to SQL, which included a new web UI.
- Migration of extranet LAA to verify IB from Softrax rather than Domino. The LAA web UI was migrated from Domino to IIS.
- (LAN/WAN) services in Andover, Nashua, Tokyo JP, Beijing CH and Cologne DE sites to include Rockville MD. The WAN architecture was secured through Cisco technology, providing each office access to infrastructure applications. Most applications were relocated in Rockville.
- Remote Access and Administration for each site implemented.
